About the Online Membership Directory:
As parents sign up, a database of information forms. Members are allowed to see this information via the online directory. Privacy controls are important, so everyone involved determines how much information is shared:
Parents control:
- their own passwords
- can update information at any time
- choose which pieces of information will be published (or not published) in the directory
The PTSA controls:
- who has access to the school directory (each family will be personally approved)
- who is included in the directory
Membership Toolkit's Privacy Policy states:
- does NOT sell or share your information to other companies.
- does NOT mine your data.
The directory can also be accessed through the app:
DIRECTORY APP:
Membership Toolkit App. The app includes only the school directory and calendar —you must use an internet browser for ordering and other site options.
The app is available free in the Apple Store and in Google Play.
